Here’s what most members experience during their first 90 days at KOR4.
Days 1–30: Learning, Adapting, Showing Up (Even when you don’t want to)
The first month is about orientation and honesty.
You’ll learn:
- How classes flow
- How movements are coached and modified
- How to choose appropriate loads
- What “training with intent” actually means
- If you or your trainer has been dishonest about your intensity and intentionality in your training.
You’ll feel challenged, sometimes even humbled.
But that’s normal.
During this phase, progress looks like:
- Learning proper technique
- Understanding pacing and effort
- Building consistency
- Showing up even when confidence is low
- Finding a new level of belief in yourself
Physically, you’re gonna feel sore.
Mentally, you may question yourself.
This is where most people quit everywhere else.
At KOR4, this is where coaching matters most. Unlike other gyms or groups out there, we’re not gonna blow smoke up your ass and tell you that the 80/20 lifestyle is the best way for you to get results right off the rip. We’re gonna tell you the hard truth, the one that says you gotta go all in and give it 100% until you reach your goal, then and only then can you let up and take your foot off the gas.
Days 31–60: Building Strength, Confidence, and Momentum
The second month is where things start to click.
Movements feel more familiar.
Transitions feel smoother.
You begin to trust the process and yourself.
Less and less “WTF” moments and more and more “AHAH” moments as your belief shifts.
During this phase, you’ll notice:
- Increased strength and endurance
- Better control of movement and speed
- Improved recovery between sessions
- More confidence walking into class
You’re no longer just surviving workouts.
For the first time in your life, you’re actually training with a purpose (and not just randomly exercising).
This is also when accountability deepens.
You recognize coaches and start to find your favorites.
They’ll get to know you by name.
Expectations rise as your capacity grows.

Days 61–90: Ownership, Identity, and Real Results
By month three, you’ll feel like something has shifted inside of you!
You stop thinking of KOR4 as something you do and start seeing it as part of who you are. You can’t really imagine going back to the type of workout you were doing before 😉
During this phase, our members often experience:
- Clear strength gains in upper and lower body lifts
- Noticeable body composition changes (in the mirror, and their friends start to comment)
- Improved mental toughness in their personal and professional life
- Greater awareness of effort, discipline, and what it takes to be elite
You begin holding yourself to standards even when the coach has his/her back turned, and no one is watching.
This is where results become sustainable.
Not because motivation is high, but because habits are built.
What Progress Actually Looks Like
Progress at KOR4 isn’t just:
A number on the scale
A calorie count
A heart-rate graph
A workout summary email
It’s:
Showing up when it’s inconvenient
Choosing discipline over comfort
Executing with intention and purpose
Trusting the process and locking in when it’s not flashy
