KOR4 ELITE FITNESS is the last gym membership you’ll ever need. We’ve designed our program to be head and shoulders above the rest of the competition by placing an emphasis on four performance driven principles of physical fitness to help you earn the results you deserve. Additionally, at KOR4 ELITE FITNESS you have four different class options to choose from, (1) Force (2) Fire (3) Flex & (4) Hybrid all under one roof. FIRE
Blazing a new trail in group fitness, FIRE fuses heated and hiit into one calorie torching training experience. Ride, resistance train and reach a new level of fitness in our heated 90 degree red room. Plan on breaking sweat, having fun while earning the physique you deserve and enjoy an athletic based stretch to finish your workout. Can you handle the heat? FORCE
Our members say it’s the perfect balance of strength and conditioning, we call it, FORCE. Disrupting the industry, and challenging the status quo, FORCE class has the fitness formula you’ve always been searching for. Tracking, testing and transforming ya’ from the inside out, our coaches will take ya from average to savage… If you’re willing to DO.THE.WORK. Run, row, ride and rep it out, FORCE class utilizes barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, your own bodyweight and more to transform your current training regimen. The energy in the room is electric, the music is motivating and we’ve saved a spot for you! Space is limited, reserve your spot before it’s too late!
FLEX
All lift, no let down…. FLEX class is designed to build muscle, break through training plateaus, and give you everything your last group fitness class left out. With this class type, we let the treadmill, rowers, bikes, and skis have a much needed rest day! Instead we CLANG and BANG with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells nonstop for an hour. If you’re new to lifting, no worries… we got you covered. If you’re an experienced lifter, we get you out of your comfort zone too. Our coaches are experts, they’ll break down each movement from beginning to end and have you leaving class with a little bit more swagger than when you walked in. Smart programming, real results… FLEX class builds muscle that looks good, but also helps you perform outside the gym!
HYBRID
STRONGER, FASTER, FURTHER…. HYBRID, blends all the fast-paced intervals from FORCE class that you love to hate… with the heavy barbell movements you crave from FLEX into one jam-packed hour of fitness heaven. And don’t let the smaller class size fool ya; it only means one thing… MORE time for us to get to work! What does programming look like? Well, how about a 1/4 mile run on the treadmill combined with barbell deadlifts, or push-ups, pull-ups, and rowing until time is called? Bikes, Skis, Farmer’s Carries, and Walking Lunges are all options on the menu when scheduling a date with HYBRID. PR your next fitness race, or finally have the confidence to lace ‘em up and show up at the starting line. Make every lift count, make every interval your best, you’ve GOT this!
Unlike other group fitness programs out there, KOR4 ELITE FITNESS designs their class lengths with a “member first” mentality. Although 30 or 45 minute class lengths may be better for the fitness facility, they aren’t better for the member to get the most out of their day. Every class type (FORCE, FIRE, FLEX & HYBRID) at KOR4 ELITE FITNESS is one hour in length, 45 minutes of on the clock work, 3-5 minutes of warm up and 10 minutes of instruction or rotations between blocks. If you plan on taking two classes back to back (some members enjoy doing so), you’ll have 15 minutes to refill your water, use the restroom and get your mind right to do it all over again 😉
When buying a single class or a package of classes at KOR4 ELITE FITNESS costs range from $35-$25, with the studios offering (1), (5), (10), or (20) class pack options for the consumer who is interested in dropping in from time to time and has other training plans already in place. For those who are interested in going all in and trusting the KOR4 methodology, month to month membership options allow for more cost effective rates while still refraining from forcing their members to sign a long term contract. Month to month membership options include (8), (12) and (unlimited) options which range in price from $129-$199 depending on studio selection & your geographical region.
All KOR4 ELITE FITNESS locations have showers and or locker rooms that are complimentary for our members to use for their before or aftercare grooming routines. Lockers are for day use only. Bringing your own toiletries are encouraged, however shampoo, body wash & conditioner are provided if you do not choose to bring your own. KOR4 ELITE FITNESS does not provide towels for showering.
KOR4 ELITE FITNESS is open year round, 7 days per week with classes starting at 5 am and ending at 8pm each night on the weekdays, 6:15 am to 11:15 on Saturdays and 7:30 am to 10 am on Sundays. At this time KOR4 ELITE FITNESS is only closed on Christmas Day as well as the Saturday of the Cooper River Bridge run for our Lowcountry locations.
Our members at KOR4 ELITE FITNESS come from all walks of life, as well as different levels of experience. Our workouts are scalable to any type of athlete and our coaches are trained to meet you where you are TODAY in your fitness journey. The only prerequisites that are required to become a member at KOR4 are a desire to improve, a coachable mindset and a willingness to DO THE WORK.
