With this class, we let the treadmills, rowers, bikes, and skis have a much-needed rest day, instead we CLANG and BANG with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells nonstop for an hour.
If you’re new to LIFTING, no worries…we got you covered. EXPERIENCED LIFTERS, we got your back there too! Our coaches will break down each movement from the beginning to the end and have you leaving each class with a little bit more swagger than when you walked in.
